MasterChow is on a mission to give every Indian consumer the confidence to prepare delicious Asian meals at home.

The sauces and condiments market in India is expected to reach US$28 billion in revenue by 2023, and to grow by more than 6% annually.

This strong growth is being driven by consumer demand for home cooking and the desire to recreate ‘out-of-home’ dining experiences, without compromising convenience and ease. With MasterChow’s range of versatile, flavour-packed Asian/Chinese sauces, condiments and noodles, anybody can create a meal in under 10 minutes at home.

MasterChow’s Asian condiments, sauces and noodles are produced in-house, giving the company complete control over product quality. Its ingredients are sourced daily from local vendors near its manufacturing site to ensure freshness. All products are also certified by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI).

Based in New Delhi, MasterChow was founded in January 2021 by Vidur Kataria, Sidhanth Madan and Radhika Mittal. Vidur, an engineer by training, and Sidhanth, who has a Master’s in finance and entrepreneurship, are childhood friends who started a Chinese restaurant, Wok Me, in 2016. They were inspired to launch MasterChow and ready-to-cook products after receiving consistent feedback from customers who wanted to recreate their Wok Me dishes at home. Radhika is a Chartered Accountant and was at American Express and Grant Thornton prior to MasterChow.
