Wobot AI adds intelligence to cameras helping businesses transform their video data into actionable insights, all in real-time.
The platform enables the company’s partners to go beyond simple, security-related applications by powering camera systems with computer vision—in a low-code way.
Security cameras are common in restaurants, retail stores, and factories but more often than not, video data goes unutilised. Data from these security feeds can be tapped to access insightful information that can resolve hurdles and make workflows for businesses more efficient. Wobot helps businesses tap into the existing camera systems and turns the underutilized assets into an operations analytics system, adding a layer of business intelligence.
Wobot’s low-code pipeline builder coupled with an intuitive and user-friendly dashboard helps quickly develop and deploy personalized use cases for various industries. For example, the platform facilitates drive-thrus, QSRs and retail stores to monitor their speed of service delivery and the degree of customer engagement, in addition to evaluating staff productivity and hygiene standards.
Wobot AI primarily caters to the North American market. It has partnered with various original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and system integrators, integrating its platform into their products and vice versa. Wobot’s platform supports both on-premise and cloud deployments, catering to varying business needs.
Headquartered in San Mateo, California, and Delhi, Wobot Intelligence was founded by Adit Chhabra, Tanay Dixit and Tapan Dixit. A graduate of Purdue University, Adit also holds an MBA degree and has previously worked across Europe and USA in M&A, automation and integration roles. Tapan is a former sales and operations professional who worked with MNCs like PepsiCo and Godrej Consumer before co-founding Talespin AI with Tanay, a computer vision product company in the omnichannel (retail) space. Before Talespin, Tanay helped build multiple tech products for leading brands across India. He successfully exited his first company at the age of 20 and has been working on deep tech products since 2015.
