ULOOK

The Insight
Much of what we understand about Earth from space comes from looking at it, but a large part of human activity leaves a radio-frequency signature. Ships communicate, aircraft transmit, radars illuminate and navigation systems operate on RF. Long-standing interests in space and amateur radio drew Siddhesh and Adheesh to these signals early. They reveal activity that imagery alone either misses entirely or captures slowly, and that layer, strategically vital, sits almost entirely with a handful of foreign players. ULOOK is being built to be the sovereign one.
The Product
ULOOK is building constellations of RF-sensing satellites that can detect, geolocate, characterise and fingerprint emitters like ships, drones, aircrafts, radars etc. Every emitter has a signature, so the same pass that finds a target also identifies it and builds its pattern of life over time. The result is a persistent, searchable intelligence layer for defence, governments and commercial users, starting with maritime domain awareness and critical infrastructure monitoring, and widening to aviation, telecommunications, geospatial intelligence, insurance and trade.
The Journey
Adheesh studied at the University of Toronto and has worked on more than a dozen satellite missions across North America, spanning small satellites, lunar landers, robotic arms and aircrafts. Siddhesh studied at the University of Colorado Boulder, worked on the MinXSS CubeSat and later spent nearly six years at NewSpace Research & Technologies autonomous aerospace systems including UAV swarms and HAPS platforms.
The Belief
In aerospace and national security, systems have to work when it matters most. That demands end-to-end responsibility, genuine technical depth and absolute trust. Ownership. Competence. Integrity.
