Relevance AI is a machine learning startup on a mission to help companies build an AI workforce that automates workflows with no code.

Relevance does this by providing businesses with a team of AI agents that can autonomously complete repetitive reasoning tasks on behalf of human teams, such as answering customer enquiries, managing outbound sales, market research, and more.

Through Relevance’s fully managed platform, businesses can build, deploy, and manage the workforce end-to-end with no coding expertise. The platform comes with a fully fledged vector database, a vector embedding generator, and over 100 integrations. It also incorporates the top Large Language Models (LLMs), like OpenAI, Anthropic, and LLama to configure the agent.

Relevance AI is used by a variety of industry leaders including Autodesk, Roku, Ipsos, and Descript. With Relevance AI, customers have been able to automate complex tasks like sales and customer analysis automation, enabling them to book more meetings with personalized sales agents and increase thespeed of categorizing customer feedback.

Relevance AI was founded in Sydney in March 2020 by Jacky Koh and Daniel Vassilev. Together, they have created multiple chart-topping applications on Apple’s AppStore and Google’s PlayStore, reaching over 7.5 million users.

Jacky previously led a machine learning team at Australia’s largest insurance company, IAG. He was also the youngest winner of EY’s Data Science Challenge. Daniel was a software engineering lead at a scaleup and is a recipient of a Microsoft research prize at the University of Sydney.
