ScanPay aims to help small and medium enterprises (SMEs) accept payments from customers seamlessly using just a smartphone.

The startup, which is currently in stealth mode, is focussing first on the US market and then aims to scale internationally.

ScanPay was founded in April 2021 by Venkat Paruchuri, who has been working in the startup world for over a decade. He served most recently as Chief Product Officer at Pine Labs, and previously worked as an Associate Director at Flipkart, and Vice President at Shuttl.
